Returns & Refunds Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return Shipping
✔️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
✔️ If you experience difficulties creating a return shipment or label, we can assist you by generating a return label for you. In this case, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
✔️ Free return shipping is provided only in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be:

✔️ unused and undamaged,
✔️ with all tags attached,
✔️ in the original packaging.
Items returned in an altered, damaged, or incomplete condition may be refused or may result in a partial refund.
Damages and Issues
✔️ Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
✔️ We will evaluate the issue and resolve it accordingly.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

✔️ gift cards.
Exchanges
✔️ The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item.
✔️ Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired product.
European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, with tags and original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
✔️ Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Refunds
✔️ We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and inform you whether the refund is approved.
✔️ If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
